After a recent trip to Italy - the very place he began his seasoned culinary career - Chef Mario was inspired to create a one night only tasting and wine pairing event. Mario traveled for weeks visiting Siena, Verona, Milan, and Rome getting reacclimated with the local cuisine and wine selections from top wineries. Rather, it’s the first-annual Brooklyn Oktoberfest, with five sessions over three days at Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse.
