This 6-course intimate dinner will be taking place in the luxurious Stanford White Studio on Wednesday, July 19th at 7:30 PM. Indulge in dishes such as Rose Petal-Cured King Salmon, Summer Squash Salad, Butter Poached Lobster, Beef Tenderloin, Triple Crème Brie Ice Cream with a crisp Mint Meringue, and more! In partnership with Chateau d’Esclans Wines, all dishes are paired with glasses of delicious rosé wine. Keeping with the theme, many of the dishes will feature a variety of rosé wines in the actual food preparations.
