Halloween Masquerade Wine Dinner

This haunted evening will be filled with festive company, food and libations. Guests will be welcomed with spooky cocktails and hors d’oeuvres like Corned Beef Cheeks and Veal Heart Skewers, then seated to enjoy a four-course pairings dinner prepared by Chef Burke. Dish highlights feature Butternut Squash Tortellini in a chanterelle and lobster ragout, paired with the citrusy and floral 2014 Artesa Carneros Chardonnay; and Filet Mignon and Oxtail Stew complemented by the 2014 Séptima Obra Malbec, which boasts notes cranberries, herb-roasted nuts, and vanilla. Chef Burke’s whimsical cooking with show-stopping presentations will be the perfect treat for Halloween Eve.
*In the spirit of All Hallows’ Eve, the guest with the best costume will win a private cooking lesson for two with Chef Burke, as well as a dinner for two at the restaurant.
